Lou was the Head Writer and Producer of the Webby Award-winning comedy channel We the Internet TV. During his tenure at WTI, Lou made the kind of comedy that gets you put on lists and your words in the Wall Street Journal: “How I Became a ‘Far-Right Radical.’” As a stand-up comedian, Lou has opened for Rob Schneider, Rich Vos, Jimmy Dore, Dave Smith, and toured the US and Canada with Scott Thompson. Lou has also produced live shows with Colin Quinn, the Icarus Festival, and the Rutherford Comedy Festival. For years, Lou performed at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater (both in NYC and L.A.) in sketch shows with the Hammerkatz and his comedy duo, Greg and Lou. Greg and Lou is best known for its sketch "Wolverine's Claws Suck," which has over 20 million views on YouTube alone. In addition to producing sketch comedy like Comedy Is Murder, performing stand-up across the country, and writing for The Blaze's Align, Lou is on the advisory board of Heresy Press, a FAIR-in-the-arts fellow, and host of the live debate series The Wrong Take and The Lou Perez Podcast (which is part of the Lions of Liberty Podcast Network). 0:23.6	I was somebody going on some clubs in the background, but it was great to be here.

0:32.6	So you have a very, a very unique position at a very unique organization.
0:40.3	For those who don't know what Prospera is, what's your pitch?
0:46.3	And as the VP of growth, I know that you have a pitch on what this is.
0:52.3	Yeah.
0:53.3	Yeah, well, so the very high level pitch is that with Prosper, we're inventing a new industry,
0:58.1	we call governance as a service.
1:01.0	So basically we partner with host countries.
1:03.8	Our first partner is Honduras, where we basically provide this special economic zone,
1:08.7	but they are not typical special economic zones.
1:11.8	They are special, special economic zones. They have this level of deep regulatory and legal freedoms, which allows us to
1:18.9	design most of our own laws, regulations, taxes, system, and security within those houses.
1:27.3	Right. And so we have the first prosper zone on the island of Rotten, outside of Honduras.
1:31.3	And yeah, we've been around since around 2020, was when we broke around.
1:39.3	And then just yesterday actually we cost 350 companies, the corporate in Prospera.
1:44.6	We have around 250 people leading here, up from maybe 150 people only year ago.
1:51.4	So we're going fast, but from a very low baseline.
1:54.4	And yeah, it's very fun to work on.
