0:49.3	podcast for you all on Overwhelm. I'm going to try and keep it short. But I want to tell you a
0:55.2	little bit about my story of moving here. So I can use it to demonstrate the ability not to
1:03.6	overwhelm and how it changes everything. So let me start by telling you guys the story of how we
1:10.5	got here. It's a long, long story. But I will shorten it up. So here's the deal. We decided to move
1:20.4	here within about six weeks, once we made that decision, we sold our house and we're going to
1:28.3	get everything packed up and out here so we could do a 30 day clothes on this house that we bought.
1:34.8	And when we got, when we found this house, this beautiful house to buy, we, there were some changes
1:41.9	we wanted to make. It's a brand new house, but everything in it was dark brown. And so we wanted to
1:48.5	take the floor that had been dyed dark brown and we wanted to make it light again. And we wanted to
1:55.2	paint everything that was painted dark brown in the house white. We laugh a lot that if the question
2:00.7	has the word color in it, the answer is always white. What color white, like white, everything.
2:07.2	So and then we needed to change out some light fixtures and change some carpet out and do a few
2:11.5	different things. So we decided to do that when we left here the last time. And so they had about
2:18.1	30 days to do that. So we went back home and I tried to find a moving company. I ended up going
2:24.7	with the pods moving company. So I had to hire separate packers, separate loaders and then the pods.
