0:19.4	But, more importantly, we hope that James and everyone at Brudog
0:24.6	are engaged in listening and learning. Change can happen. Well, here we are. Still in the thick
0:33.9	of that word COVID, in that life that has suddenly been thrust upon us.
0:40.4	Almost a record number of infections and hospitals at bursting point.
0:44.1	Oh, and just to help the whole thing, Donald Trump has lost the plot.
0:51.3	It's pretty scary, isn't it?
0:53.5	But there is a light.
0:55.6	We are now being more deliberate and mindful, choosing what matters and what to invite into our lives.
1:03.1	And because of this, if we're living differently and deliberately and more mindfully, of course we're going to be buying that way too.
1:16.6	Everything we buy will be thinking, we'll connect back to this new energy we have.
1:33.3	I started on this back in 2019 when I did a TED talk on what I called the kindness economy. An economy built on the stuff we care about because we have to. That we leave the world of business better than we found it.
1:38.3	It's about a new way of doing business. That's been my whole career.
1:41.3	It's about how we can link those two things, the word economy and kindness.
1:46.5	One is commercialism and the other one is social progress.
1:51.6	Because businesses can no longer keep behaving the way they have.
