Welcome back to two judgey girls. This is Mary from the Bay. And it's Courtney from L.A. Mary, how was the weekend?

I had a great little weekend. I just kind of hung out in my neighborhood. But that's because yesterday was

Beta Breakers. And that's pretty much one of the best weekends in San Francisco. You've come up for it

before. So

Bay to Breakers, you run from the Bay to the Breakers, which is the ocean, and it's about a seven-mile

run. The Bay to the Breakers, San Francisco, seven by seven. And the whole thing is like everyone

dresses up in costumes. And like so many people, people are taking shots at six o'clock in the morning like

the whole city is raging in the wee hours of the morning I was walking around yesterday and

there's a lot of naked people as well I was going to say this is the one race you can also run naked

lots of naked men not women men so yesterday we we enter in the park and I'm like,

Michael, this is the first time I've done this sober. I was like, what an experience, like taking

it all in. I was like, wow. I was like, should we go to the finish line? He's like, nobody makes it to the finish line, Mary. I'm like, people make it to the finish line. It's literally a real race. And he's like, no, have you? I'm like, well, no, but we've never run the race. We've just participated in the events for the full event. Yeah. And then we ran into my friends and we just

ended up having some beers in the park. So I guess I didn't do it sober. It was a gorgeous day.

But I mean, the costumes are hilarious. There was major construction on 19th Avenue for three

weekends. They like closed it down. So, someone was that as a costume. I saw

legit people on real skis. They were ski, like, cross-country skiing three people down the

street. There's always, like, jellyfish and, like, salmon swimming upstream. People get

fun and quirky and cute. The whole thing is you dress up and then you can just wander into houses like in the city.

Everyone's throwing these big parties.

Like it is such a fun day.

And especially when you're young.

Yes, in the panhandle, which is where we ended up like like on Felstreet, that's like where the house is.
