It's one of those things that I watched as a senior officer that I experienced as a new officer

that I found, man, if somebody would have just told me this when I was younger or knew or on the job how things could have

changed for me. And it's just a simple, small tactic that when you become privy to it, it is going to help you determine whether or not you were

dealing with somebody who probably has a warrant for their arrest or is a fugitive or is wanted.

When you ask somebody for their information and then you question them on their Social Security

number and they tell you they don't know their social security number and they're an adult

past the age of 18
