All right, good morning on the way into the office a little like today, three kids, under five, Chaos,

The House of the House.

But I had some thoughts earlier that I wanted to share with everybody and you know this will mean a lot to some folks and

I mean people a lot to people who are on the other side of the token as well and

basically what I'm going to say here is if you are going, if you're having success at your police department, if you're standing out as somebody who is a more successful police officer.

Now let's be a real player.

There's some of you who think you're a real successful police officer,

but you're absolutely completely insane.

But for the most part, there's a lot of guys and girls in this group who feel connected to this group

because of the struggles are similar of what you're going through that I went

through and you can I can empathize that I can

sympathize with I know what it feels like I know what it feels like I know what it feels like

to have to hear what people think about me. The one thing I can tell you that will hinder your

ability to perform as a quality police officer is you getting wrapped up in

giving a shit of what somebody else thinks about you.

Now, I have to tell you this, if you're working at an agency that's not behind the type of work that you're doing,
