0:24.0	And I don't know about you, Kelly, but I am down for cooler weather and comfort decorating. I am definitely in the mood for all of that as well.
0:30.3	And we've got some great ideas about what you can do in your own home. You don't even have to
0:34.1	buy anything new just to take advantage and make the best of
0:38.3	the days getting shorter. That's right. And that's what I like about our episode today. I know

0:56.0	does not require buying something. Most of the stuff we're talking about, hopefully you have
1:00.4	in your house. And I think that's also nice. When prices are going up and everything's just crazy
1:06.4	expensive, let's try to use what we have. And so my first idea is to make sure you have plenty of
1:14.2	lamps in your house and turn them on when it gets dark. Have that lamp light on, maybe some
1:20.2	fairy lights for some dreamy evenings at home. And how about some candles? Just all this soft lighting

1:30.4	light is just so calming to your body. The blue light, I mean, we already know blue light is kind
1:37.0	of an excitotoxin. It kind of wakes you up. It's not helping gear you down for sleep.
