It's me, your host, Chelsea Fagan, founder and CEO of the Financial Diet.

And today I am so, so excited to be here in person with someone that I actually know IRL.

He is one of the best friends of the producer who's usually behind the camera on some of our shows here at TFD, our creative director, Holly.

He's also a comedian, a fellow, I hate to use this word, but sometimes it applies influencer of sorts,

but also someone who toiled for many years in many different capacities in the restaurant slash food service industries.

Has a lot to say about it, has a lot of crazy stories, a lot of thoughts,

and many of them pertain to money, not just the financial realities of working in these jobs

and sort of being an employee of what is often a fairly toxic and

exploitative industry, but also from the customer perspective, what are some of the customers

getting into because it's some of these fancy New York City restaurants that he worked at

for years. Let's just say people were not bringing their best behavior to the table.

But I am so, so excited to talk to him.
