quite frankly, I've talked about this before.

I know it's not the most entertaining thing in the world, but it's just where my mind is at.

And you know me, I have to be fairly, I have to be fairly in tune with my emotional state.

And my emotional state is I feel exhausted.

I feel like I can never do enough.

I feel like there's a million things left to do.

I feel like everyone around me is both stressed out and totally in their own world, but also somehow counting on me a little bit.

And I'm saying that so frankly and so directly because I'm also hearing and feeling that from a lot of you as well. So if you're struggling, if it's just

a difficult time of the year, just know that it is for everybody. A lot of people put on a

brave face. Some people really are in a place

in their life where everything's going along for them real smooth and real easy, but this

season's a meat grinder for most emotions, for most emotional states, for the strongest of people.

Just know the feelings are temporary, they are going to pass, and not trying to invalidate them

in any way, but there's a lot of

additional stress pressing on you right now from a whole lot of directions that will ease up.

So just keep going. I believe in you. I know you can do it. Yes? Okay. Well, that was very

nice to start things off with, at least just to get into the very beginning of it.

It's going to be a pretty low-key, pretty relaxed show.

I didn't put it up on social media or anything.

Just because I'm personally going through the holidays, and I think I'm doing rather well, all things considered.

I'm going to tell a little brief story about that here in a second, but it's also kind of hard to grade yourself,

because you are dipping in and out of relationships, you are dipping out of expectations that you set and other people set for you.
