slash the Grey Knight. I am honored to be here. I am very grateful to be here. I don't know how to

hype or do anything like that, so I'm not going to, instead I'm trying to keep it pretty natural

and pretty easy. So this is, this is how I'm going to do that. I'm going to tell you about my day,

the news I read, and then I'm going to get into the, like, the actual stuff. And I just,

you know, hope that you have a good time, because I certainly do. I look forward to this,

believe it or not, every single week. And even when I don't got like the energy

or the mojo, I get little pieces of love and affection and little notes every Friday. And it

just buoys me every time. I'm very lucky. I'm very, very, very fortunate to be the Grey Knight.

And if you listen to the last podcast episode, you know, that's exactly where I've been trying to focus things recently. And that's where I'm at.

So, real quick on that effect, let me just say, I'm having the most tremendous amount of fun in the kitchen.

I've been talking about this a little bit more and a little bit more publicly and what have you.

But like, I keep thinking I'm in love with this spice mix or I like this new method of cooking or,

oh, you know, once I get this one little pan or something, everything all.

But no, I think I'm just enjoying it.

And I don't really show much, but I wanted to talk a little bit about the mahi-mahi

that I showed off and why I showed it off, because I actually found myself, like, super

deeply impressive about that.

So I just, you know, I was kind of just generally looking

up food like safety tips because I never really like I follow the food directions and

everything, but you know, I only just found out about the danger zone like two years ago or

what have you when it comes to dethawing meat. And so I just thought, well, I'm going to just take
