Hey guys, this is Jessica. And what we do is we walk you through cleaning your house step by step so if you're new here welcome if you listen already

welcome back and this is a really good podcast if you have problems staying on task you get uh really

distracted really easily or maybe you just have trouble cleaning your house and you just don't know

where to start maybe it overwhelms you i have all of the above i struggle with

all of those things so that's why i am here to help you and just kind of tell you how i work through

those things so today we are going to just do time segments in every room of the house and i usually

do this i just don't usually tell you you that the time's up in a certain area

and you don't have to go by this timeline at all. We're just going to do a speed clean and I'm

going to tell you like it's been 10 minutes just to see how much you accomplish because sometimes

one of the tactics tactics I use to stay on task is I like to time myself and just see how much I can

accomplish in 10 minutes. And I like to take before and after pictures. So first of all, before we
