1:01.9	Good, man, good, man. Thanks for having me. Talk to me. Give me your story. Why real estate?
1:08.0	Yeah, so obviously I'm relatively young, so let's start with high school. Right after high
1:14.3	school, I enlisted in the Marine Corps, did that thing. I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life.
1:21.2	You know, I got out in 2019 and somewhere, I guess it was board on deployment or board on ship, I started reading books.
1:29.4	I found bigger pockets.
1:31.0	I saw Grant Cardone.
1:32.5	You know, that caught my interest.
1:34.2	And so I started learning as much as I possibly could.
1:37.7	You know, I knew I wanted to buy apartments after I got out, but I didn't know how I was going to get there.
1:43.2	So I saved enough to buy a single family house in a college town, so I did that.
1:48.0	I wouldn't recommend that to anybody.
1:51.0	It was a horrible experience.
