I am thinking of what does my soul need and also what does my home and my family need.

So maybe it's that a child really needs some individual one or one time or maybe it's that I really

need to catch up on the laundry or maybe it's that a friend is struggling or that I'm just tired

and so I need to prioritize sleep or taking a nap or just quiet. And so just starting usually

than not before I'm just thinking of the next day and asking myself you know what is the most

important for tomorrow and and then just planning with that and knowing that okay there are a lot of

things that I'm not going to get to and that's okay because I rotate my priorities and so I can get

Yes, so happy to have you. I'm really looking forward to this conversation. Before we get into

all the good stuff though, can you share a little of your background and what led you to write the

time saving mom? Yes, so I have been married to a husband for 20 years. We live in the Nashville

Tennessee area. I started blogging back when blogs weren't even really a thing. I had to explain

to people what blogging was before I told them what I blogged about. That was back in 2004, 2005

and then from there just kind of fell into blogging about saving money and started money

CBmom.com in 2007. It became our full-time income. My husband was able to come home full-time

in 2014 and we have six kids. They're 18, 15, 14. We had 10 years of secondary infertility and then

we have a just herring three year old, a two and a half year old that we adopted in December

and a 10 month old. So your hands are full to say the least. Wow, well thank you for sharing a

little bit of that. I mean, even just that part of your story too because I think a lot can relate

to that. And I know in your book, you're right, it's not about hustling harder or being a productivity
