In this episode specifically,

I want to share a little bit more

of my fertility journey and really answer the question

that seems to come up quite a bit whenever I've shared

anything about my journey in the last year or so

when I've shared my pregnancy and just the journey I've been on.

I've kind of a lot of questions like,

what did you do differently this time?

And so I want to answer that because I know

when I was going through my season of loss

and fertility struggles and things like that,

I really clung to stories of hope

and also hearing different things that women tried,

when they finally were able to carry a pregnancy

because the reality is there's so many things

you can look into and it could be so freaking overwhelming

trying to get answers and find dig to find root issues
