So let's begin by getting nice and comfortable. And when you're ready, I'd like for you to pick a spot on the wall or ceiling in front of you and begin to stare at that spot. That's right.

And as you stare at that spot,

simply begin to notice how each time you breathe out, you become a bit more relaxed.

Because right now you are listening to my voice and in a moment you can become aware of the way your body is being supported.

And as you relax a little bit more, breathing in, Breathing in and out at eyes as I count down from 10 to 1.

And each time your eyes close, I'm wondering just how much more you can relax.

Just allow a wave of relaxation to begin to flow through every muscle in your body as you and stare at that spot with the count of nigh.

Allow all those muscles in your body to become loose and limp as you relax completely. way. And now, once again, you can open your eyes and stare again at that spot with a count of seven.
