My Lord and my God, I firmly believe that you are here, that you see me, that you hear me.

I adore you with profound reverence. I ask your pardon for my sins and the grace to make this time of prayer fruitful.

My immaculate mother, St. Joseph, my father and father and Lord my guardian angel intercede for me.

When I say that I firmly believe that you are here I mean it. Jesus I really believe that you are

here inside me right now, present, that you exist.

And that would be enough for me to just, you know, sit down or kneel down and say, thank you

a billion times.

Because the present moment is the closest thing that we have to eternity.

It is a little scary to think about it, eternity,

but at the same time, at a human level at least,

living the present moment with fulfillment, with fullness of meaning,

gives me peace.

And today, my Lord, I want to talk to you about this,

about the present moment or just about time.

In the book of Genesis, you created everything and also time.

You entered into history, into our human history in time.

So it has a value.

It's a creation, after all.

And if it's a creation, it comes from you.

And if it comes from you, it's good.

That's the logic, kind of a consequence of our thought, of our train of thought.

And maybe in order to understand these well, it is very helpful to think about what to do
