Property value collapsing in Minneapolis now. I would suspect so yeah, you got to be insane to buy property in Seattle or Minneapolis right now

Yeah, it's gonna be chas 2.0 in no time, but so this is interesting

There's a tweet showing that 18% of the listings are from the past week

Wow, 18% boost in listings. Yeah, but

Where's everyone going? That might be normal or it might be something not unique to Minneapolis the very least

But there is a major spike in demand from mortgages 18% so that looks legit. Yeah people are bugging out dude

Could you imagine if you owned a building in Seattle

These people don't understand man once they once the property owners leave and there's no more taxes
