Taking a break from my busy day to give you a short podcast on a Tim Keller thread

0:19.3

that I asked folks on social media whether or not I should talk about and the consensus was yes

0:24.3

John you should so you're listening to this much later I'm recording this on March 4th

0:29.4

but I want to get a bunch of material out there for while I am traveling for a week and a half.

0:33.6

Please pray for me. I'll be speaking in a number of places that the gospel would go

0:36.4

forward that people would understand the dangers of social justice and

0:39.9

what Christianity has to say. So I would appreciate that that but I want to record a bunch of

0:44.2

short videos just to have material for all you who follow the podcast while I am

1:24.2

So let's together, let's go through it, and I think one of the reasons this is helpful is because

1:29.3

when you get this kind of rhetoric from your pasture in real time and you want to try to respond to

1:34.4

it or ask good questions in real time, then it can be difficult if you haven't

1:39.2

if you're not ready for it and you haven't taken time to mull it over. So I think since so many

1:45.1

pastors are getting their information from these celebrity pastors like

1:50.0

Tim Keller and conference speakers I think it's a great exercise to just kind of

1:55.2

think through beforehand if you can see that influence maybe what a good question
