And in cleaning out a box in our attic, we actually found an original, you know, a tape.

It's big, you know, from 1990-something

of Julie and I being interviewed by the late great Howard Britton.

It was at a remax event out in Colorado.

In any event, this is after Julie and I had sold over 100 houses our first year. I mean,

the nostalgia on this video runs deep, at least it does for us. But I think some of you will be

really truly entertained to watch Julie and I, Julie especially because she's very nervous through this whole video,

how much we've changed and also how much we've changed, stayed the same.

But most importantly, I think it's helpful to you to understand that when watching the video,

if those two goofball-looking kids could sell 100 houses their first year with no internet by the way

you know before all the technological things certainly no AI if those two when watching this

video this is what my reaction was can do what they did you certainly can do the same thing so
