Welcome, Parish Orphans and Retrogrades to another great show today, as so many of our great shows encompass.

The topic is grim in the church. The topic has been grim in the world in the last several shows, and unfortunately, bad stuff tends to make for grabby content substance driven shows.

I don't know why that's the way it is.

But hey, this is the nature of the church in the world.

We've got a crisis on our hands.

In the church specifically, the McCarrick report is out.

And I'm going to report on the McCarrick report. It is an unfair characterization,

over 450 pages by the Vatican, washing its hands of Uncle Ted McCarrick, the molester, who, by all

estimations, friends, foes of the Francis Pontificate, this is on his hands.

He re-enabled Cardinal Theodore McCarrick to go about the United States and the world

at large and to take advantage of seminarians, older teens, younger teens, minors sexually, to abuse them sexually.

It's not just Archbishop Vigano, we're going to talk about Vigano, who alleges that it's really Francis's fault.

It's also Cardinal Willett, who is a pontificate friendly Canadian Cardinal, and some corroborating

bits of evidence from Cardinal Wallet, even though he's friendly to Francis.

However, this Vatican took over two years since September 2018, over two years, and guess what?

When they finally get the McCarrick report out today, they're wringing their hands of it,

they're washing their hands of it, they're taking no accountability, they're blaming,

according to our good friend Edward Penton over at

National Catholic Register, they're really blaming Pope John Paul II, which is not fair. He might have

a minimal amount of the blame. We say the maximum amount of the blame should be on Pope Francis. Let's go
