Understandably, you're probably wondering what Elliot is doing on Nomad. Well, back in September 24,

Elliot started asking me if he could podcast with me. And you can't say no when your child shows

interest in the job you do. So Elliot interviewed me on Nomad's Patreon feed. Then a few months

after that, we started our own podcast, a show we called Homegrown Faith, and this is the first anniversary of that show. Yeah. It's incredible that we've been doing it for a year. I really can't believe it. No, it doesn't seem like a year at all, does it? Should we do it on the second year, like another one of these? I think we should. It could become an annual thing, couldn't it? So for a whole year, we've been exploring Christian spiritual practices together and then

recording conversations about them.

So we thought we'd share some of our highlights, things that have gone well, things that

haven't gone well, things that Elliot enjoyed, things that Elliot found very, very boring. One thing in particular that you found very, very boring, wasn't it? Yeah. But before all that, Elliot, how are you? And what have you been up to? I'm very good today. Thank you. Excellent. Well, actually, it has been my birthday quite recently. Yeah.

I can't remember.

Yeah, but I got a load of presents, didn't I?

What was your favourite?

Probably the Nintendo Wii console.

A vintage Wii console.

I wasn't sure how that was going to go down, but it went down very well, didn't it?

Yeah.

We've been enjoying Wii sports together.

Elliot has been thrashing me at Swordplay. I've been thrashing him at golf.
