my very, very pretty and cute wife. Today is our 30th wedding anniversary.

That's right, September 15th.

Some of you don't know, and I realize some of you don't care, but Julie and I've been married for 30 years today.

And we met, I'm 51 and Julia's, I'm not allowed to say her age.

Slightly younger.

Slightly younger.

She's 35 forever.

But we met when we were in high school and she was a sophomore and I was a junior.

You guys can now do your math and figure out her age.

And we got married basically, well, we were right out of college in essence, but we got engaged while we were still in college.

And Julie has a list of all the businesses because real estate coaching and what we've done prior to,

what you guys knew us for, it was not the first business that we built and sold.

So Julie's actually created a, you know, we believe in numbers and we believe in accountability.

So we have an accountability report for you guys of all the things we've done

mostly professionally in the last 30 years. And oh my gosh, 30 years really does seem like a long
