| 1:07.5 | We're excited. Now, as we talk about counseling and particularly at your job, |
| 1:12.6 | I mean, we know increasingly we're having difficulty in that arena, especially as there are more |
| 1:18.5 | regulations and all these types of things of what we can and can't say. And even for we who believe, |
| 1:25.3 | sometimes there's hesitation about what's appropriate, what's okay. |
| 1:29.6 | Is counseling appropriate in the workplace? |
| 1:32.6 | And what does counseling look like in the workplace? |
| 1:35.7 | So let me take that in two different pieces. |
| 1:38.0 | I think it's absolutely appropriate and it's not just appropriate. |
| 1:41.3 | It's needed in the workplace. |
| 1:43.4 | We live in a dark world that needs the light of God, and we're called as believers to love people, |
| 1:48.4 | and whenever possible to speak of Jesus and the hope that is anchored in him. |
| 1:51.8 | And just because we come across hurting people, especially our brothers and sisters in Christ in the workplace, |
