| 1:03.4 | your training and how you pursued the degrees that you sought after and that you now hold. |
| 1:09.8 | So as a teenager, I kind of dealt with some different issues and ended up in therapy |
| 1:16.9 | and went to, when I was in undergraduate school, I actually accepted Christ as my Lord and |

| 1:25.4 | And it wasn't until then that my actual, quote, mental health |
| 1:29.0 | symptoms got better. I was more able to function in things. And I thought, oh, this is because of my |
| 1:34.2 | newfound faith. Because I was in Southern California where there were at least three Christian |
| 1:40.7 | institutions that had graduate studies in psychology, I thought nothing of it. |
| 1:46.2 | I thought, you know, that it was probably the best field for me to go into. And so I pursued my |
| 1:52.5 | master's in marriage and family. And when I finished the program, I felt like I have no idea what |
| 1:58.0 | I'm doing still. And so I thought, well, okay, I'm going to pursue |
| 2:01.8 | my doctorate in clinical psychology. So I went to Fuller, did four years of classes there, |
| 2:07.8 | and that also included practicums. For example, I did a practicum in neuropsych at the West Los Angeles VA, |
