| 0:00.0 | Personal counseling stories on this edition of Truth and Love. |
| 0:11.4 | I'm Heath Lambert and you're listening to Truth and Love, a podcast of the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors, |
| 0:17.5 | where we seek to provide biblical solutions for the problems that people face. |
| 0:23.0 | I'm joined this week on the podcast by Sean Perron, who is the operations director at the |
| 0:28.7 | Association of Certified Biblical Counselors. He's joining us this week because the last few weeks |
| 0:34.4 | we have been dealing with your questions and answers on the podcast. We've received |
| 0:39.2 | some feedback about some of the things that came up on those Q&A podcasts and I asked |
| 0:45.2 | Sean to come and help me deal with that on this podcast. So Sean, welcome back to the podcast. |
| 0:50.9 | We're glad you're here. Thanks, Heath. So a couple weeks ago, we did two podcasts |
| 0:55.6 | on counseling questions part one and counseling questions part two, which our listeners can go |

| 1:06.5 | questions, you told a couple of stories about what was a counseling case that was difficult for you. |
| 1:13.5 | And we received some feedback about people wanting to know how those cases ended and just to hear |
| 1:19.1 | more about personal stories of people that you've ministered to. And so my question is a broad one, |
| 1:25.4 | but I'd love to know what has been the most difficult |
| 1:28.7 | counseling case that you've ever encountered. |
| 1:32.4 | So the reason that question is a fascinating one is because actually I do get asked that |
| 1:37.4 | question a fair amount of times when I'm traveling and speaking and interacting with people |
| 1:42.7 | and people always want to know, hey, what was the hardest case you've ever done? |
| 1:46.5 | My answer to that is always the same. |
| 1:52.7 | So I'll say here what I always say, but then I'll respond in a way that I think will be more |
| 1:57.1 | satisfying for your question and our listeners. |
