Hey, what's up guys? Benedict Townsend here. You know, something I've been thinking about a lot recently, constantly, is producer tags. If you don't know these, on a lot of songs, you know, usually sort of like hip-hop songs, the producer or producers will sometimes put a little musical tag at the start of every song they produced to sort of identify them.

Like there's this producing, I think there's a team called Take a Day Trip, who work with

little Naz-X a lot.

And they have a little tag they put at the start of their songs.

There's a really good musician and TikTok a, just general creator called Left at London,

who it transpires, also has a really sick

producer tag that they put in their songs. So I thought, you know, it makes sense on this YouTube

news podcast that we should have some kind of epic musical producer tag. And I was trying to,

I was thinking about what this should be. I was like, you know, should it be like,

YouTube news, let's go. You know, what should it say?

Then I realized that the producer of the show,

YouTube News is not the producer of the show.

That's the name of the show.

The producer of the show is producer Joe.

So if we're going to have a producer tag on the show,

which is going to be at the start of every episode. You're going to have the producer tag and then

roll straight into the intro music. The producer tag is going to have to be for producer Joe.

So what I'm going to endeavor to do in this opening segment is come up with a cool sounding

producer tag that Joe can then remix. And then every episode from now on will have the cold

open, the producer tag, straight into the music.

When it's all done, I think it will sound pretty cool.

So I'll just, I'll give producer Joe some options and then he can edit them later so they sound cool.
