Zoom is getting some traction, and Steve Jobs goes to Macworld, and he pulls out this iPhone.

First up is a story about Flash being supported on the iPhone.

This comes from one of our listeners, Pete Lebrosey, and Pete writes,

Hello, looking at the new iPhone browser ad, I noticed that at one point you can clearly see the date of the New York Timesite.

It lists October 2nd, 2006, 1259 a.m.

as the last time it was updated.

This is visible in the attached screen cap,

and he sent me a picture.

And I did go back and look, and yes, he definitely is correct there.

He goes on to say, this makes me wonder

if these ads were created as far back as then

when clearly the date displayed on the iPhone is June 3rd,

or whether it indicates a cache page slash image from October 2nd, 2006.

Also, it's clearly visible that the New York Times video flash player is apparent on the page, visible in the second screen capture.

Whether it works or not, who knows, but for it to even show up leads me to believe it is in fact
