Well, this rewind was requested by Marian Reese, and she wanted to hear our March 30th,

2020 review of the highly entertaining, highly problematic, true crime classic Tiger King, which Toby referred to as a meth-fueled soap opera.

Just a note here about my voice, because when we did Hunting Warhead, some folks were like, who was that fourth person on crime

writers on? And I'll just remind folks who maybe weren't around that at the time I just had my

surgery for thyroid cancer. My voice was fucked up for about a year. And so you get to hear one of those

in-time classics. So don't worry, that is actually me.
