So who do you reach out to when you need someone to tell you enough's enough, get your

ish together, level up.

Sometimes for me, it's my spouse or one of my closest friends.

But here's the thing about those people.

They love me and because they love me, sometimes they're gentle when I need an accountability

check.

I'm a big proponent of having a different social category of people that I call a crew

who are in your life largely to understand what your ambitions are and what your plans

are for the future and to hold you accountable for those.

And I've been leaning on my crew and have been encouraging women and our network to lean

on their crew more than ever.
