of the long run archives. This is our eighth edition. It's kind of cool that I think we kicked

this off back in January of this year, so we've had a full calendar year doing it.

And I hope that in 2023 we can be a little bit more frequent, but we've kind of averaged like one every four to six weeks.

Before we get into sort of the bulk of the episode, though, we do have a special, in my opinion, extremely exciting announcement.

My frequent co-host colleague here at Single Track, Brett Hornig, is starting a slightly new venture. So, Brett, what is this,

delight the audience in what one of your next endeavors is going to be? Yeah, this has been

something that I guess it's kind of been in the works.

I don't know if I want to say secretly, but we've just been working on it for quite a few

months now and I think it's just about ready.

And that is I'm starting a YouTube channel and it is going to be dedicated, at least

to start, dedicated primarily to in-depth

trail shoe reviews. And the reviews are going to be, they're going to have a little twist

on them, which we'll get to in a sec, but the channel is going to be called conversational pace,

which just seems fitting because single track podcasts, one and only Finn Melanson,
