Tell us what you mean when you say we can build a second brain. Yeah, happy to. So a second brain is

really just the ecosystem of different technological tools. And when I say technology, I mean software, the apps on your phone, on your computer,

but also even paper note-taking, even paper files that you may have, all these different

information management tools that we have.

And the reason we call it a second brain is it's an extension of your mind. So what I assert is that technology is not just for browsing the web or looking at social media anymore.

It's actually a way of storing and organizing and making sense of and ultimately retrieving and using the body of knowledge that is your, your knowledge, your

expertise, your life experience, which you can draw on to achieve your goals, to create the kind

of life that you want. So why is it that someone in, say, my mom's generation and maybe my mom

in particular should switch from her system of doing things based

off of a pen and paper list and instead make everything go to technology. Yeah, yeah, good question.

You know, it's a formidable, it's a formidable question because paper note taking or notaking on some kind of physical medium has been around for ages.
