Before we get there, some celebrity birthdays. Evan Rachel Wood, Shannon Elizabeth,

probably best known from American Pisces 50 today. Leslie Jones and singer Gloria Gainer all

celebrating today. And sadly, on this date in music history, it was five years ago today that we

lost Mac Miller. I didn't fully appreciate the guy while he was alive, but have since become

a big fan. He died of an accidental drug overdose. Five years ago today, he was 26 years old.

Okay. Let's get into what we always start with the top story. Today, it's Hunter Biden. According to

court documents filed yesterday, federal prosecutors are looking to indict Hunter Biden before the end

of the month. That's President Biden's son, a special counsel. David Weiss will be seeking a grand jury

indictment. It's not clear exactly what charges he could face, but it seems to be connected to his

previous gun possession charge. He supposedly had a firearm while being drug user. Opponents of

the president have also accused him of illegal business dealings. As of now, Hunter nor the White

House have commented, but the headline is that this indictment is expected before the end of the

month. Okay. All right. Getting into sports here. The big one at the moment. It's football,

night in America. The 2023 NFL season starts tonight. The Lions and the Chiefs kick off is at

820 Eastern time. Adjust for your time zone. You can watch on NBC and peacock starting to feel

like fall footballs back. One note about the game. The Chiefs star tied in Travis Kelsey hyper extended

his knee at practice a couple days ago. And everyone is worried that he might miss the game, but it

seems it wasn't as bad as it could have been just a bone bruise. And he made the out there tonight.
