we're rapidly intensifying storm is the top story. Hurricane Lee, he's a beast, even though it is still too early to predict exactly where or when this hurricane will reach land.

It's one to be taken seriously for sure. It's already the first category five hurricane of this year's Atlantic hurricane season. It has 160 mile per hour wins.

Oh my gosh, that'll blow your shirt off the National Hurricane Center said that their forecasting tools are, quote, calling for remarkable rates of intensification beyond rates normally seen with model forecasts.

So it's a big e FEMA has pre-deployed assets to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. If it continues moving north, which some model show Bermuda might be in its path, it seems like Florida in the Caroline is will be spared.

But it will most likely make for some dangerous beach conditions over on the East Coast. It could possibly reach the main Canada border in about a week, hopefully much weaker by then.

In high school football news, I don't know if you remember this story, but a coach in Washington state won his job back after the Supreme Court ruled that he could pray on the field.

He coached one game and just announced his resignation after all that Joe said he needs to take care of an ailing family member. So he's out.

Lastly, the U.S. Open is still underway and yesterday climate activists interrupted Coco goff semi final match. I was delayed for 50 minutes as one of the protesters glued his feet to the concrete floor.

They were eventually removed and Coco won the match. She's now headed for her first U.S. Open final again. She's 19 years old.

All right, all right on entertainment news. Now the top story here today is the sentencing of former that 70 show star Danny Masterson.

He was convicted of two counts of sexual assault earlier this year and yesterday he was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison.
