The next time you're about to order some calorie bomb at a restaurant,

pay attention to how loud the music is because they say those two things could be linked.

Loud music in restaurants makes us more likely to choose unhealthy menu options.

And you're more likely to go with something healthy like a salad when the music is soft and

common. I will never go with a salad ever. I promise you guys. I like a good salad these days.

Healthy or Andy days. I never have made that connection. I guess I haven't really paid attention

to the music. I don't notice it too often in a lot of places. I know most places have some sort

of background music playing. I just always assumed if it's louder in a place that means it's a little bit

less classy. Yeah. And the less classy it is. The more fatty foods available.

You can get real fatty foods at classy places too though. I mean real unhealthy stuff. But I see

what you're saying. You know, they crank the music up at like a Joe's crab shack. You know what I mean?

It's loud there. It's loud. You know, lots of butter. That's the only place where the music really

has stood out to me. And that's because I mean they stopped and they really they really they didn't

really they really put a drink on your brain. I remember on me. One of my worst dining experiences

of my life. I don't know. Sorry, Joe's. There's a couple places that are like that. Yeah. You know,
