Would that be awesome? We would just blow up the rest of the show. We would. No commercial breaks. We've got questions. We've got so many questions. We've got a guy that's got answers to some of our questions. It's time now

to bring in our NFL Network insider Ian Rappaport. And it has been a crazy week in Aaron

Rogers. Well, that news certainly tops the list. What do you got for us? We actually have news.

Like the fact that Aaron Rogers went on the Pat McAfee show and talked about that he intends to be a member of the New York Jets, those are his words, was, I would say significant because these are the kinds of things that we've discussed over the last week or two weeks or month or feels like forever. But we've never actually quite said it like that. I think a lot of us have thought it. Rogers made clear on several things. He is moving on from the Packers. They're moving on from him. It was an incredible marriage, but it is most certainly over. And I think the only really thing left to do is for these two sides to get together and finalize this deal and negotiate the terms of the trade of Aaron Rogers to the New York Jets. And the Jets have already done some things to

make sure that Aaron Rogers in a position to succeed, including signing Alan Lazzard to a

four-year, $44 million contract. They might have signed him anyway. They know exactly what he is

in this offense. He played in this offense in Green Bay, but still something that for sure

is set to make Aaron Rogers happy.

We also know that when we talked about the possible retirement, that was real.

He went into the darkness thinking that he would retire in the end, ultimately.

He worked out a little bit, thought he wanted to come back, decided to play for the Jets, and that's where we are.

So we know almost everything.

The only thing we're wondering is when is this deal going to get done?

Unfortunately, just based on where Aaron Rogers' contract is, when the money is due,

there's no trigger, so it could literally be done at any time.
