We're live here in New York City Thursday, September 15th. It is, and I'm Jamie Erdall, Kyle Brandt, Peter Schrager, and Jason McCordy, just a couple of friends sitting around looking forward to Thursday night football on Prime Video. What a game we have heading into this one. If you can't say a quarterback's name, what are you looking forward to tonight in this game? The four-pass rushers, all of them. Everybody they're bringing from both sides.

Chiefs Chargers, everybody.

I think this game's, well, I'm going to talk about a second. Somebody's going to make a mistake tonight. We'll find out who. I think there's a cool, like, celebrity factor to this. And I don't necessarily mean fans on the sallyla. I mean that this is going to be bright lights. Amazon's unveiling things. It's under the lights and Kansas City has this new field.

I feel like this is a big league moment.

New broadcast partner under the lights again, like I said, and then two of the prime quarterbacks. I mean, this feels like a playoff game and it's week two. Prime quarterbacks, you know what I'm looking at. I want to see how the DVs are going to cover these guys. All these corners, save these big names.

That's what I want to see. I want to see some defense.

I love it. Well, we have a ton of people all over this game tonight. Time for the lead block. Lead block. One of those people, unfortunately, has to be all over the injuries that are headlining this game. Tom Pellisero, our NFL Network Insider, joins us now. We are hours away from a special Thursday night game on Prime Video, Chargers, Chiefs.

But you have the latest on the injury news ahead of this game.

Well, Jamie, there's one big player who's not going to be there. That is Kenan Allen, the Chargers Starwide receiver,

who is officially out for this game against the Chiefs because of the hamstring that he injured on Sunday.

Now, my understanding is this is not to believe to be any type of long-term issue for Keenan Allen after he underwent tests on Monday. Their next game, September 25th against Jaguars,

he should have a shot to get back for that. Meanwhile, cornerback J.C. Jackson, I'm told,

is considered a game time decision tonight.

Jackson had ankle surgery on August 23rd, very limited in practice this week, but they want to

work him out pregame before they make the final call. Meanwhile, for the Chiefs, quarterback Patrick

Mahomes, good to go with that left wrist injury he had last week, kicker Harrison Butker out because
