All right, let's get going. We always start with the top story, a look at the latest out of Ukraine.

Today Vladimir Putin just officially declared martial law in four Russia occupied regions of Ukraine.

That's basically the military coming in and running the show. They have total control,

which was essentially already the case. According to his orders, this will take effect today.

A top Ukrainian official said quote, this does not change anything for Ukraine. We continue the

liberation and de-occupation of our territories. The U.S. State Department said Russia is

resorting to quote, desperate tactics. This comes as Russia continues those cruise missile and

drone strikes. This has been going on all week and it has now led Ukrainian officials to introduce

scheduled blackouts nationwide. They've lost at least 40% of their power generating capacity.

Side note here, we just found out that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is coming out with a book,

a book of wartime speeches. It's called a message from Ukraine and it will be published December 6th.

All right, all right. On to a couple of sports stories. Here, let's take a quick look at the

Reese to the World series. The Astros grabbed the win yesterday. They are now up one game to
