Schumer is going to file cloture today on a vehicle for a short-term

continuing resolution designed to keep federal agencies open past November 17th.

That is next Friday.

Schumer's move will set up an initial procedural vote for early next week.

He's probably going to go for the mid-December jam the Christmas holiday play.
