On the third day of Supreme Court hearings, the Senate Judiciary Committee gave to me

three temper tantrums, two definitions of a woman, and one critical race theory.

Some of the highlights from today include Lindsey Graham going on a rant yet again, asking

Judge Jackson about her sentencing record in cases involving images of child sex abuse,

while Senator Marsha Blackburn asked her to define what makes someone a woman.

And when asked her opinion on things like court packing, Judge Jackson said that she

quote, understood the narrow role that judges played in American government and refused to be

drawn into political fights.

Looks like someone has been studying at the Michelle Obama Academy of when they go low

we go high.

The question obviously remains whether Judge Jackson will be confirmed after the hearings

end today.

And while Democrats appear to have enough votes, you can bet that conservatives are trying

to get Joe Manchin to turn on the party yet again.

And we've been seeing some tweets from conservatives to that effect.

There are no concrete signs that he's considering this yet, but you never know what lobbyists

might find their way onto his houseboat before the votes are tallied.
