at demoslaw.com. A jury has been selected in the trial of a young Detroit

area man charged with murder in the death of his father who was attacked with a

baseball bat. Tucker Cypriano's jury in Oakland County Circuit Court has six men and eight women including two alternates.

The panel was chosen yesterday after two days of interviews.

Robert Cypriano was killed inside his Farmington Hills home in April of 2012. His wife Rose and another son, Sal were also attacked. Sal Cypriano is still in a hospital.

Judge Shalina Kumar warned jurors that it's going to be a difficult trial.

Tucker Cyprianos co-defendant Mitchell Young will have his own jury.

The selection process for him begins a little later today.
