She promised not to open it until 2045 when she turns 99. So 22 years to go. Also in Dolly

News since we're talking about her. She has a rock album coming this year and we just found out

that it's going to feature Paul McCartney, Stevie Nicks, Share and Stephen Tyler some heavy hitters

there. Anyway, happy birthday Dolly. Okay. Getting into the headlines now we always start with

the top story. It's a big day here in the US. Our lawmakers need to get it together. We are

projected to hit our debt ceiling today. 31.4 trillion dollars. That's the maximum amount of money

the Treasury is authorized to borrow to pay its bills. President Biden and the Democrats have

proposed a plan to delay the default, but the Republicans wanted to go. She ate if they aren't

able to raise the debt limit in time, it would potentially put all government funded programs at risk.

We'll kind of be strapped for cash as a country. Some economists even warned that if we don't raise

the debt limit in time, it could have dire effects on our economy as a whole and push us into a

self-inflicted recession. We'll see what happens. On sports now, the playoffs continue this weekend.

The NFL division around is coming up two games Saturday and two games Sunday and I found this

interesting. Of the eight teams left, all eight starting quarterbacks are under 30. Now that 45

year old Tom Brady is out of contention. The remaining quarterbacks are significantly younger.
