0:55.6	Another electrical substation has been damaged by gunfire in North Carolina.
1:01.3	This time, there were no outages in the areas the substation serves, which is Trinity,
1:06.7	Thomasville, and parts of Davidson County.
1:09.2	There are no suspects or motives, but the FBI and the
1:12.7	North Carolina State Bureau of Investigations are trying to find out if this is connected
1:18.0	to the damage done in December at the Moore County substations, also in North Carolina.
1:24.2	The federal government is expected to unveil a plan today that allows up to 10,000 U.S. citizens
1:30.5	the opportunity to sponsor refugees coming to America.
1:34.4	The plan is called the Welcome Corps, and the goal is to connect incoming refugees with U.S. citizens
1:40.1	who can help them get settled during their first year in America.
1:44.1	The first phase of the program will link citizens with refugees who have already been approved
1:48.8	by the refugee assistance program.
