We're going to begin with tensions rising

again in Minneapolis overnight. Demonstrators clashing with police after another shooting by an

ICE agent. Homeland Security says the officer shot a man who fled during a traffic stop and then

began attacking the officer along with two other people. Faith ofoubet is on the scene for us with the latest.

An angry protesters spilled onto the streets of North Minneapolis last night.

Shortly after the shooting, the situation devolving into chaos,

people throwing rocks and fireworks.

And this morning, President Trump now threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act,

which would allow him to deploy U.S. forces into Minnesota.

Overnight, violent crashes between federal agents and protesters in Minneapolis

after a federal agent shot a man during an immigration operation.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, a federal law enforcement officer

shot a Venezuelan man who they say fled a traffic stop and then attacked the officer,

adding that the officer fired to defend his life, hitting the man in the leg.
