And a non-refundable down payment of 50% first. The good thing is we have some debt to pay off.

We could also go on a great vacation for a week. What do you guys think? He had also stated

that we're going to do it in a hotel. Then we're going to get like a bigger guy to sit outside

and kind of be there security. In case anything went down and he had planned to possibly bring

some sort of weapon. Yes. He wanted all bases covered. Smart. Sent an update. Okay. This was supposed

to happen over the weekend. So the guy chickened out. Oh yeah. Well, 10 grand. That's a lot of money.
