juvenile justice system is calling on the governor to fire the director of the Department of

Children, Youth, and Families. The board says Ross Hunter illegally had 43 young men removed from

a juvenile facility last month and transferred to an adult facility

because of overcrowding concerns. Board members say DCYF has failed to address those issues

despite their warnings and that the conditions have been worsening since the fall of
