Our top story today, the Seattle Police Department has announced that a man named Richard Sitzlack is a suspect in the killing of a metro bus driver Wednesday.

This case has prosecutors looking into his record. The King County Prosecutor's Office says Sitzlack, who's 53, was also connected to a previous stabbing case referred by police.

Prosecutor's spokesperson Casey McNerthney says Sitzlack claimed last year he killed someone in self-defense, and prosecutors did not file charges.

The prosecutor said, let's see if we can get some search warrants and see what those show us.
