A King County Superior Court judge will decide today whether to give former Auburn police officer Jeffrey Nelson a new trial. He was convicted in June of second degree murder in the death

of Jesse Surrey. Nelson was the first cop in Washington to be convicted of murder

for killing someone while on duty, but his attorneys accused the prosecutor of misconduct.

The University of Washington's getting ready to host a tent city on campus again for up to 100 people.

It's going up in a parking lot tomorrow and will stay open for three months.

There are restrictions for residents. They cannot use drugs, alcohol, or light open fires.
