We're starting today's episode with some election updates.

The Democratic National Committee and Georgia State Democratic Party have filed a joint

lawsuit against Georgia State Election Board in order to block two rules that they have recently adopted,

which could be used by county officials to refuse to certify the election.

The rules would essentially give the Georgia Board of Elections

the discretion to decide when to certify the results.

The lawsuit argues that these new rules violate a pre-existing state law

that makes certification of an election a mandatory duty,

but that the election board members adopted these rules to assist Donald Trump.

How do we know?

Because he has actually praised those Georgia board members and given them personal shoutouts

by name at his rallies, calling them quote,, pitfalls fighting for honesty, transparency, and victory, all open to interpretation.

More tough luck for R.F.K. Jr.

After the months he spent working to get on the ballots in every state, he now can't seem to get himself off the ballots that he finds himself on. We reported that he will remain on the ballot in Michigan yesterday, and today I can share that he is also stuck on Nevada, North Carolina,

and Wisconsin's ballots.

However, he will no longer appear on the ballots in Arizona, Florida, Ohio, Texas,

and Pennsylvania.
