0:37.2	The man suspected of opening fire on a Brooklyn subway earlier this week is currently in custody.
0:44.3	Reports are saying that Frank James called the police tip line on himself and said he would be in the vicinity of a McDonald's in the East Village in Manhattan.
0:54.8	Around the same time, a local bodega worker,
0:58.1	Zach Dahan, spotted James and told pedestrians
1:01.4	to stay away from him.
1:02.9	When the police were near the area,
1:04.7	Zach flagged them down and pointed out the suspect.
1:08.3	Zach is currently being hailed a hero by New Yorkers. James went into custody
