The Core 4. The four headlines you need to know. As if every single product getting more

expensive wasn't enough, now gas prices could be rising because the Keystone Oil pipeline is

currently shut down. The world has been so focused on tariffs that they

haven't really been talking about the pipeline's rupture. On Tuesday morning, the pipeline ruptured in

North Dakota, an estimated 3,500 barrels of oil were released. The spill seems to be confined to an

agriculture field in a rural area, 60 miles southwest of Fargo.

After a spill happens, the pipeline and hazardous material safety administration is responsible

for investigating the root cause of the issue. However, the agency that regulates pipelines

lost several senior level execs earlier this year as a part of the president's cuts.

The higher gas prices will likely hit the Midwest by this weekend.
